Over the past three decades, Neil has been involved in the development of several thousand market rate and assisted housing residential apartments, the acquisition and development of several million square feet of prime office, commercial and industrial properties. Neil's acumen led to the development of a property management company, a construction company and active investments in several manufacturing businesses. A true leader, Neil currently has responsibility for steering and maintaining the company's enviable performance - an undertaking he is indeed passionate about.
The company's performance over the past twenty years has been impacted positively and has certainly benefited from Neil's careful planning, risk analysis and management abilities. Neil's ability to steer the company through several recessions with exponential growth in assets is testament to his innate knowledge and professional prowess.
A highly accomplished business person, Neil brings with him over 40 years of progressive experience, with an emphasis on strategic planning primarily acquired from his years at the Lake Ontario Steel Company (LASCO) in the dual capacity of senior executive and shareholder.
Aaron joined the Concordian team in 2002 after a successful 11-year career in the investment industry. He earned a B.A. from York University. In his role as Executive Vice President, Aaron is responsible for many areas of the company which include heading up all residential and commercial property developments and overall strategic planning.

Martin has been an integral part of the team at Concordian Realty Management Inc., for over 20 years. Martin graduated from UBC specializing in Mass Appraisal and Valuation Assessment Administration, along with honors in Real Property Administration. He brings invaluable experience to our company. His hard work and dedication to enhancing the operations of the company's industrial and commercial property portfolio has been tireless.
Under his leadership, Concordian has become one of the premier commercial property management companies in Toronto, Ontario and Canada.
Steve has more than 30 years of commercial property, asset management and leasing experience.
Steve joined Concordian Realty Management in March 2020 as Vice President and is involved in all aspects of the organization’s operations and strategic planning.
Prior to starting this senior management role with Concordian Realty Management Steve was Esbin Property Management Inc’s Vice President Commercial Real Estate.
Formerly, Greenwin Corp’s Director Commercial Real Estate, Steve oversaw all aspects of the division including leasing, operations, construction, project management, and financial performance of the assets in the portfolio.
Steve holds a Business and Property Management Diploma from George Brown College and completed his real estate licensing with the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA). His affiliations and memberships include the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), OREA, and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). Steve also attended Brock University and was enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts program.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
A key member of the Concordian team since 1991. Chris is responsible for all accounting, taxation and reporting functions. In addition to these responsibilities, Chris has significant involvement in all aspects of company investment policies including feasibility analysis, projections and short and long term financing.
Chris is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and England and Wales.
Elpi brings over 20 years of experience to the property management division of Concordian. She is responsible for the day to day operations and leasing of the industrial portfolio. Elpi has extensive experience managing various asset types and leading service delivery teams. Her ability to establish long-lasting and mutually beneficial tenant relations has proven to be successful in maintaining a high degree of tenant retention throughout the portfolio. Elpi is a valued member of our team.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Mike has a Master's degree in mechanical engineering and has completed the CANDO 2 Project Consolidation. With over 25 years of experience in project engineering and property maintenance operations, Mike’s knowledge and expertise has made him a valuable asset to the company.
At Concordian, Mike manages and directs the Facility Services Department. This includes the overseeing of 14 maintenance staff as well as the coordinating and planning of essential services such as tenant improvements, security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling for over 50 properties. His responsibilities include Administrative Services; Building, Property & Custodial Maintenance; Capital Projects and Environmental Management.
